Andrew Gatland
Principal Consultant
Andrew is a strategist and asset management specialist with a passion for enhancing the performance and adaptiveness of asset-intensive organisations through strategic planning, operating model design, and development of people in asset management. His career started in the utilities sector and having gained 12 years’ experience in senior management roles, he established a consulting practice in 2019.
Andrew is highly experienced working with the ISO 55000 series of standards and in 2018, led the work resulting in New Zealand’s first accredited certification to ISO 55001.
Andrew holds undergraduate degrees in science and law and an MBA. He is a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA).

Jules Congalton
Principal Consultant
Jules is an information specialist with significant experience developing and implementing digital and information strategy. He is skilled at business change, in particular implementing data quality frameworks and quality assurance of information management systems.
Jules has published articles and presented at conferences on various asset information topics and lectured at Massey University’s School of Management. During 2017 Jules led the development of the New Zealand Electricity Engineers’ Association (EEA) Asset Information Maturity Framework and he chairs the EEA Asset Information Managers Forum.
Jules holds a PhD in Information Systems and is a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA).

Paula Ryan
Documentation Specialist
Paula has over 20 years’ experience as a Documentation Specialist and Project Manager. Her expertise includes technical writing, Information Mapping and developing and maintaining document management systems.
Paula enjoys helping companies write and manage their controlled documents. She provides technical advice on how companies can structure their controlled documents to ensure maximum employee engagement.
Paula holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and is a member of the NZ Technical Writer’s Institute.
